Step out of the tub, towel off and massage this butter in slowly and carefully with deep inhales right before bed for the most wonderful sleep  :)

I refrain from using the word 'ritual' in describing my products but this is the one case where I think it fits.  The essential oil blend of lavender, frankincense, german chamomile and cedarwood is all about winding down at the end of the day.  Part of your bedtime routine.  Mike and I are both in our 50s and have trouble sleeping and this butter helps so much!

As best you can ... only dry and clean scoops in the jar as we've eliminated all of the nasty chemicals and preservatives!  Butters and oils high in Vitamin E, as well as an extra dose for good measure are the natural preservative used ... and it's not bulletproof!
